3.CAMEL send invoice and advise finish DFM date within 24 hours after receive the PO.

4.CAMEL do order preliminary revew to double guarantee no information missed.

5.CAMEL show the mold layout, casting parting line, gate and overflow, ejection and some potential concerns etc. in part analysis report.

6.CAMEL do mold-flow analysis to analysis the surface quality, temperature, filling velocity, air rooling, solid analysis, porosity defects and mold temperature.

CAMEL do mold structure review to ensure the mold structure rationality.

CAMEL do mold design according to DFM feeddback, moldflow analysis result and final mold structure review report.

CAMEL do design review to ensure all requirements completed and correctly before send mold design to customer.

Customer confirmed mold design and approve to purcahse steel and steel cutting.

CAMEL purchase steel after get mold design approve from customer.

CAMEL do manufacturing review to arrange each processing technology rationality to ensure the schedule.

CAMEL provide the first schedule within 24 hours after get customer approve for ordering and cutting, and update scheudle with processing picture to customer on each Monday.
