CAMEL’s engineering team has been working in the mold industry for more than 10 years with vast and rich experience involving various projects. We are familiar with European and North American mold making standards and are good at communicating with any technical issues. We are on call during project trials and can arrange conference calls if needed.

CAMEL fully understands that lead time is one of the key points our customers care about. Our engineers keep a very disciplined eye during the process of each program, making sure we complete each part on time under the premise of good quality. Therefore, the delivery rate can reach 97.14% in our plant.

11.Technology:Stable running in die casting mold is longer than guaranteed

The core and cavity steel CAMEL uses is purchased from official distributors of different big brands of international steel makers. We ensure we only use reliable equipment for heat treatment, so the mold life of aluminum die casting molds can reach 200k shots.

Theoretical analyzing and simulation in the designing stage ensures that the die-casting process and mechanical properties are optimal enough. In the stage of mold trials reasonable high pressure and speed is used to verify the reliability of the molds and guarantee the stability in mass production. We normally optimize and adjust the design of casting systems based on experience, theoretical parameters and mold flow analysis, so that the success rate of the first test can be up to 95.31%.

12.Effective:24 hours for quote and DFM, 3 days for 3D mold drawing

Quotes and DFM will be provided within 24 hours. The 3D drawings are provided within 3 days after confirmation of DFM.
